Tropical Landscaping nternational have recently performed a week long course inspection and provided a Report of Golf Course Operation, Condition & Conceptual Re-design of the golf course for the Selborne Hotel, Spa & Golf Estate, voted 7th best course in South Africa, located in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.

The initial scope of works included Golf Course Maintenance and Management recommendations as well as a preliminary conceptual design including a course renovation master-plan, natural habitat enhancement design for the large variety of animals on the site and the redesign
of a short game practice area and practice putting green next to the clubhouse.

Phase Two of the works will include the full re-design of the course by Tropical Landscaping Internationals Golf & Sportsturf division and the reconstruction of the course, re-turfing and substantial landscaping works throughout the course once approved by the Owners committee and anticipated to commence in 2009.
